近日，良固閥門為蘇尼特左旗100MW/400MWh壓縮空氣儲能項目配套制造的一批超高壓電動閘閥，順利完成整機(jī)裝配、調(diào)試及出廠測試工作，即將發(fā)往項目現(xiàn)場。

據(jù)了解，該項目是內(nèi)蒙古重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)的新型非補(bǔ)燃壓縮空氣儲能工程之一。項目建成后，將進(jìn)一步提升區(qū)域新能源消納能力，為電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰調(diào)頻及能源結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供支撐。

Recently, a batch of DN650 PN250 electric gate valves manufactured by LIANGGU Valve Group successfully completed assembly, commissioning, and final inspection, and is now ready for delivery to a 100MW/400MWh Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) project in Inner Mongolia, China.

The project is one of the key non-fuel-fired compressed air energy storage developments currently under construction in the region. Once completed, it will help improve renewable energy integration, grid flexibility, and overall power system stability.

本次交付產(chǎn)品口徑DN650，壓力等級PN250，應(yīng)用于壓縮空氣儲能系統(tǒng)高壓空氣主管線。

對于此類工況而言，閥門不僅承擔(dān)著介質(zhì)輸送過程中的啟閉與隔離功能，同時還需要適應(yīng)高壓力、大口徑及長期運(yùn)行條件下的穩(wěn)定使用要求。

Designed for high-pressure air transmission service, these valves will be installed on critical compressed air pipeline systems within the project.
